Our hourly rate does not include any products purchased for clients and would  be added to the invoice for reimbursement. 

We do not charge a percentage on top of purchases! Invoices are simply the hourly rate, tax and reimbursement for purchases .

Invoice payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.  
The payment options that are accepted are cash, credit card or Paypal.

We prefer that service reservations be made 48 hours in advance. If a client needs a service performed within 24 hours or less, we will do our best to accommodate. However, we will take any requests based on our availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Services that are not cancelled 24 hours prior to the time that the service has been promised will be subject to a cancellation fee of the 1-hour minimum. Please call if you are making a cancellation.

We Got This Santa Fe will not be held responsible for any damages made by a third party.

We Got This Santa Fe has the right to deny any service that is immoral, punishable by law, or may put them at risk.

We guarantee to all our clients that all services will be carried out in the most professional and timely manner possible. We cannot, however, be held responsible for acts that are out of our control that can delay the completion of your requested service. (i. e. traffic accidents, weather, acts of God, etc.)
